This retreat is designed for all levels, from those just starting their handstand journey to seasoned practitioners. (The only requirement is that you're comfortable jumping to a handstand against a wall – if you're not quite there yet, please reach out so we can discuss how to get you ready!) With a maximum of just 16 participants, you'll receive personalized attention and training in small groups tailored to your specific skill level.
We'll focus on building a strong foundation, including mobility, strength, and core stability. From there, we'll progress to more advanced handstand techniques, ensuring you make significant progress and refine your skills under my expert guidance. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced handstander, this retreat will elevate your practice and connect you with a community of passionate handstand lovers.
