Welcome to the TAIWAN HANDSTAND ONE WEEK TRAINING.

I am really excited to finally go back to Taipei-Taiwan after 4 years. This time to host a week (19hours) handstand training.
Big Thank you to Amber Goh and Pon Pon for organising this amazing opportunity for all handstand enthusiasts of Taiwan and also anyone who’s interested in joining.

This training is recommended for all levels.
(Expect to those students who can not jump to handstand on the wall comfortable and consistently)

Training outline:
CLASS 1 (DAY 1)

Part One: Warm welcome EVERYONE.


Part Two:
Handstand theory and body positioning workshop.



Part Three:
Warming up the whole body based on mobility and strength. This section focuses heavily active flexibility , shoulders preparation(resistance band work) and side leg splits.



Part Four:
Handstand Practice - INDIVIDUAL HANDSTAND PROGRAM based in each student level and needs.
Everyone will get specific training program to practice each class. This is not a class(section) everyone will be doing the same drills and exercises. So please don’t worry what level are you. Everyone will be separately in small group levels.
If you working on simple handstand stability to achieve the free handstand or working on one arm handstand this training is for YOU.


Part Five:
Conditioning: There is 3 skills(mentioned below) you might work at this part. There will be a short program to do at the end of each class.
* Core strength
* Press to Handstand
* Handstand Push up

Following classes
Checking in: Before we begin the practice section on the 2nd 3rd 4th and 5th class, Miguel will check with students to find out how they feel about the previous class and to answer any questions or concerns they may have during their daily handstand program practice.
