IMPORTANT: Since there's new arrangements with the new location. It would much appreciate if you book your spot asap. That gives me time to make sure I have 2 people per class 48 hours before class starts. Otherwise I will be in touch privately to reschedule accordingly.

This class is suitable for any level. In this class each student will be learning different training exercises accordingly to current level. 

Finding a training partner is welcome but  not necessary to secure/book your spot.
