Welcome to the 4 Weeks Regular Handstand class
Each session is 75 minutes long and highly focused on physical handstand practice. We start right away, so come prepared. The first two classes include a short introduction and time for Q&A. A warm-up is required before each class—we will provide a short video with the key stretches.
After every session, you will receive a self-practice program to maintain your progress between classes.
Who This Workshop Is For
This workshop is ideal for beginner handstand enthusiasts. You must be confident jumping to handstand on the wall.
It is also perfect for anyone new to the AoH method with Miguel, even if you already have a free handstand or advanced skills. We promise it will be a humbling yet rewarding experience that elevates your practice. If you are unsure, feel free to contact us.
