This class is RECOMMENDED for students who practice handstands regularly or joined Invert Studio/Miguel's classes in the pass.
What to expect in this class:
Flexibility warm up - Shoulders,Splits, Forward fall, Wrist etc.
Shoulders strength warm up with Resistance band
Active stretches for side splits
Code strength circuit
INDIVIDUAL handstand program
